I absolutely enjoyed my experience. Crystal was very communicative and took care of every detail during my session. She was five minutes past schedule and added the 5 min to the session without my having made any request. I wasn’t fussy about it because she communicated shortly before my start time that she was running behind by 5 min and made it within the 5 mins not a moment after. She also was very meticulous in washing my hair and being certain she had rinsed all of the products out. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
